In short: this website uses no cookies, has no forms, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads nothing from other websites (no external fonts, maps, videos or social buttons). That is why there is no cookie banner.

2. What data is processed when you visit
To show you a page, your browser sends technical data to our server: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. This data is used only to deliver the page and to protect the server from abuse. We keep no access logs for this website and build no profiles.

The website sets no cookies and uses no similar technologies (local storage, pixels, fingerprinting). No consent is therefore needed.
4. Processors
The website is hosted on a server at Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), in the European Union, acting as processor. If you message us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group) under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or pass on your data to anyone.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15-21 GDPR), using the contacts in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
6. Our clients' automatic assistant
This notice covers the website only. When you message a restaurant or hotel that uses our assistant, that business is the controller and Leonessa Desk processes the data on its behalf. The assistant always says it is an automatic assistant and never asks for payments or card details.
7. Changes
If the way the website works changes (for example, a contact form is added), we will update this page and the date above. The Italian version prevails.
